There's no arguing that 40-year-old Shougo Iwai has paid his dues and this week he collected. The Vesutan Bees first baseman had one of the best weeks of his career and captured the Western League Player of the Week trophy.
He hit .476 while collecting 10 hits in 21 at-bats, 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and 7 runs scored.
