Kinboshi Skunked by Otsuki, 1-0 Monday, May 5th , 1975 Wei-Tzu Otsuki was dynamite at Kotei Stadium, blowing away the Kinboshi Kites in a shutout victory. The Osaka Sailors starter had everything working as he held the Kites to 2 hits in the 1-0 win.
"He was pure nasty out there today," said Kinboshi skipper Frank Moore. "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing."
Otsuki finished the game with 7 strikeouts and 2 walks.
