| Bees Rally to Nose Past Kinboshi | Bees fans were treated to an exciting walk-off win.
In a tight contest between the Vesutan Bees and the Kinboshi Kites, Masatoshi Sakai was the determining factor. The Vesutan right-hander sparkled in his team's 3-2 win. The Bees are now 38-46, while the Kites fall to 45-39.
In the bottom of the ninth, with two out and the game tied, 2-2, three-time All-Star Kyozo Omori won it for Vesutan. With the bases loaded, Omori hit a 1-0 fastball from Matoba Miwa for a run-scoring single, giving his team the 3-2 win.
"From pitch one to the last pitch, Masatoshi was aggressive," said Vesutan manager Jack Fletchings.
