| Kinboshi Shut Out, 1-0, By Bulls, Oto | Tatsuharu Oto had an impressive outing at Matsunoki Stadium, hurling the Kobe Bulls to a 1-0 shutout victory over the Kinboshi Kites.
"He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Kinboshi skipper Kaita Kurosawa said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders."
