| Bees 6-3 Victors Over Kinboshi | The Vesutan Bees and Kinboshi Kites completed their game despite the inclement weather.
The Vesutan Bees picked up a win at Konohana Stadium, downing the Kinboshi Kites, 6-3. On the mound for Vesutan was right-hander Niou Nagao, who played a pivotal role in the win. The win puts the Bees at 18-22, while the Kites drop to 20-21.
With Vesutan leading 4-2 in the top of the sixth, Nagao hit a 2-run single off Kinboshi hurler Keiji Tamura. It was the 2nd hit of the season for Nagao and put his team ahead, 6-2.
"Niou was in control from the top," said Vesutan manager Jack Fletchings.
