| Bulls Win, 6-3, Versus Nagasaki | The Kobe Bulls got a rain-soaked win over the Nagasaki Stars.
The Kobe Bulls picked up a win at Matsunoki Stadium, topping the Nagasaki Stars, 6-3. On the mound for Kobe was right-hander Kiyomitsu Wada. He played a principal role in the triumph. The win has Kobe at 11-20.
A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the bottom of the eighth, with the game tied, Kaito Tsuji was at the plate when Kobe scored 1 on an error. The miscue enabled the Bulls to go in front, 3-2.
"I think it speaks for itself, I think we came out and we played our kind of baseball," said Tsuji.
