| Ueno, Reliables Get 2-0 Win | Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Hosho Reliables and Kyoto Owls.
In a well-pitched game between the Hosho Reliables and the Kyoto Owls, pitcher Eichiro Ueno was superb. The Hosho right-hander helped his team win, 2-0. Shirai Takahashi was called on to finish, recording his 4th save.
Ueno, now 4-2, scattered 3 hits over 7.2 innings for the Reliables.
"Our pitching was the difference tonight," Ueno said.
Hosho now has a record of 26-15 with the win.
