Another day, another victory for the red-hot Cleveland Foresters.

Cleveland right-hander Les Hanauer pitched his team to victory over the Los Angeles Stars at Forester Stadium. The final score was 6-2. Hanauer picked up the win for Cleveland, going 8.1 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 9 hits. He now sports a record of 3-3.

Sherry Doyal hit a 2-run double off Cal Johnston in the bottom of the fourth, which put the Foresters in front, 4-2. In addition to the double, Doyal had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
