| Suns Thwart Keystones, 5-4 | The Los Angeles Suns overcame a good performance by Philadelphia third baseman Lloyd Coulter to knock off Philadelphia, 5-4, at Wilshire Park. Coulter was 2-5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Whitey Stewart earned the save for Los Angeles, his 15th. The Suns, at 50-76, sit in 9th place in the Federal Association.
