Coaching Carousel Predictions. The offseason is upon us and that means teams are shaking up their coaching staffs. This means that we get to take our annual look at coordinators who could make the leap to become head coaches, and the teams who are likely to poach them.
The prime candidates identified by our experts are: Marion Parker - Offensive Coordinator - Houston Drillers Scott Johnson - Defensive Coordinator - New York Titans Mario Mercer - Offensive Coordinator - Kansas City Cowboys Tim Petit - Defensive Coordinator - Los Angeles Tigers Reuben Jordan - Defensive Coordinator - Buffalo Red Jackets Scott Jones - Offensive Coordinator - Cleveland Finches William Rinehart - Offensive Coordinator - Chicago Wildcats Richard Hillman - Offensive Coordinator - Dallas Stallions
As always, we are prone to wild speculations, so we asked our in-house experts to do a little matchmaking between candidates and teams. Here is what they came up with:
Mary Moore: Reuben Jordan leaves the Red Jackets to become the head coach for the Los Angeles Tigers.
Darren Francis: I think the Tigers lose Tim Petit and I see him heading to San Diego Admirals.
Jim Nox: The Wildcats cannot hold on to William Rinehart. I would like to see him coach the Los Angeles Tigers.
Jeremy Piper: Mario Mercer is certainly on the move. That means Cowboys will need a new coordinator. As for where Mercer ends up?
