 | Kinboshi Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Thursday, September 12th , 1974 The Kinboshi Kites were stuck in the middle this season -- not competitive enough in the playoff chase to be considered relevant, but not far enough behind to be completely written off. Until now, that is -- today, the Kites were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. This is the club's 12th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 1962. In total, the Kites have missed the playoffs 18 times in their 25-year history. Kinboshi has won the BAN Championship Series 4 times in their history. |   |
