His consecutive-game hitting streak now numbers 20 games after he went 1-for-3 in today's 8-1 loss to the Stars at Nagasaki Prefecture Stadium. "I'm trying not to think about it much," he said later. "I don't want to mess with whatever zone I'm in." Tomohito Takahashi flied out in the 1st, flied out in the 4th and singled in the 7th.
