 | Artisans Not Competitive in 6-0 Loss to Harrisburg Tuesday, September 4th , 1917 Harrisburg Capitols hurler Pat Cunningham was at his best as he beat the Trenton Artisans, 6-0. "He just kept the ball down, did a good job, made his pitches," said Trenton manager Glenn Fittan. "We didn't do a good job making adjustments, so we helped him out a little bit." Cunningham, who is tied for 7th in the AA in wins with 15, fired a 2-hitter and totaled 4 strikeouts and no walks in the shutout performance. On the season, Cunningham has a 15-10 record with a 3.59 ERA. |   |
