 | Schultz Grabs AA Top Pitcher Trophy Sunday, October 1st , 1916 The Atlantic Association scribes have picked September's Pitcher of the Month and have given the trophy to Tom Schultz of Paterson. He was devastating on the mound last month with a standout 4-0 mark. The Industrians star hurler made 4 starts with a 2.12 ERA and surrendered 27 hits in 34 innings. He struck out 23 and walked 8. Schultz has a won-lost record of 217 wins and 174 losses with 1920 strikeouts and a lifetime 3.85 ERA. |   |
