| Kobe Crowned Kings of the Western League Tuesday, September 30th , 1975 Could a championship parade soon be in the future for the Kobe Bulls?
The team certainly hopes so, tonight having taken a big first step, by winning the Western League.
"We want to give the fans in Kobe something to celebrate. This is a start, but we have much more planned," said starting pitcher Tatsuharu Oto. "There's a passion for baseball in our city and we want to reward the fans who have stuck by us."
The team's division-leading record sits at 85-53. It is the 14th Western League crown in franchise history and the Bulls will be seeking their 12th Baseball Association of Nippon championship. | | |
