"My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working," he said later. "It doesn't get any better than this."
The Bulls hurler finished with 2 strikeouts and 1 walk. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball.
"It was a rough one for my guys," Kinboshi manager Kaita Kurosawa said, following the game. "We weren't at our best and their guy was."
On the season, Oto has compiled a 14-4 mark with a 2.52 ERA in 23 starts. In pitching 192.2 innings he has 103 strikeouts and 52 walks while limiting the opposition to a .240 batting average.
