The Fukuoka center fielder had a huge month in July and has been named the Western League Batter of the Month. On the month, he posted a .333 batting average, with 10 home runs, 26 RBIs, 25 runs scored and a .400 on-base percentage. Currently Otani is batting .319 with 18 home runs and 46 RBIs. |   |
