The playoffs are over and another season is in the books in Upper Mississippi Valley Association. Today starts the offseason. Players go on vacation, but general managers gear up for an exciting period of roster moves! The offseason is just about the busiest time for a GM. He must assess his players, coaches and manager to determine the areas of need and ways to improve his club in the coming season. The right moves now will pay off in future dividends.
