Baseball-starved fans got some hope today as the C-O-W League publicly released the 1975 schedule. The preseason officially kicks off today and spring training and exhibition games will be taking place in the run-up to Opening Day. General managers will be tweaking their rosters right up until the first pitch of the regular season is thrown.
