It was an extraordinary week for Pete Hart of the Gary Steelmen. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .500, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Heartland League. Last week Hart went 13-for-26, racked up 1 home run and 6 RBIs and scored 6 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Gary left fielder.
