 | Moore Hurls Louisville to Shutout Win Thursday, September 28th , 1916 The Louisville Stallions posted a 2-0 shutout over the New Orleans Crescents behind a strong performance by Ron Moore. The Stallions pitcher, who is tied for 9th in the DIX with a 4.7 K/9 rate, held the Crescents to 7 hits while walking 2 and fanning 4 in the route-going win. "It feels good to be wearing a Louisville Stallions uniform today," the left-hander said, following the game. On the season, Moore has compiled a 14-17 mark with a 2.81 ERA in 32 starts.
