"Pete was just locating so well and using his pitches," Dallas manager Vic Kramer said later. "He wasn't leaving anything over the plate." Rosenbaum recorded 7 strikeouts and 3 walks in a strong outing. "When he needed to make pitches, he elevated his game," Kansas City manager Bob Bendick said in postgame comments to BNN.
