It was a parade of hits for Marshall Thomas of the Philadelphia Keystones at Broad Street Park II.

Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Thomas finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Keystones to a win, 24-4.

"Thomas was really good and we were really bad," groaned Millers manager Frank Vance. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."

Marshall Thomas singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Frank Nichols in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.

To date this season, Thomas is hitting .261 with 5 home runs.
