Ossie Fuller of the Philadelphia Keystones had one of those moments when he went 6-for-6 at the plate in his team's 19-8 win over the Chicago Chiefs at Liberty Coliseum.
"I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 23-year-old left fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years."
