Victory Pushes Arrows Record to 22-12
Toronto first baseman John Baab pounded Milwaukee Arrows pitchers at Dominion Stadium, but it was not enough to keep the Wolves from falling, 8-6. Baab went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs and a double, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. Milwaukee is now 22-12, 3½ games up in the Continental Association East.

Milwaukee used a timely hit from Byron Burnett to get the win. The pinch hitter stroked a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Arrows ahead, 8-6. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a difference-maker.

"You can't hate how you win if you win," said Milwaukee skipper Randy Hendrix.
