Imperials Slap 5-4 Loss on Foresters | The New York Imperials topped the Cleveland Foresters, 5-4, in Continental Association action at Forester Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of New York pitcher Milt Lane. The winner was Lane. He threw 7.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Tommy Miller. Glenn Webb, credited with the save, is now 6 for 7 in save opportunities.
