| Stars Claim 6-4 Win | Nagasaki and Fukuoka got after it at Nagasaki Prefecture Stadium.
Good production from shortstop Michiki Ichikawa helped the Nagasaki Stars topple the Fukuoka Falcons, 6-4. Ichikawa went 2 for 5 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Stars. After today's action, Nagasaki sits at 52-72; Fukuoka slips to 75-50.
In the top of the first, Ichikawa had a 3-run home run for Nagasaki. It was his 12th home run of the season and put the Stars on top, 3-0.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Ichikawa told the Nagasaki Herald.
