| Bees Popped by Falcons, 8-3 | The Fukuoka Falcons powered past the Vesutan Bees, 8-3, at Fukuoka Stadium. Jotaro Murakami provided some of the pop. He went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Picking up the win was Minoru Yamamoto. He went 7.1 innings, allowing 3 runs on 8 hits.
