The Fukuoka Falcons and Nagasaki Stars completed their game despite the rain.

The Fukuoka Falcons picked up a win at Nagasaki Prefecture Stadium, downing the Nagasaki Stars, 4-1. On the mound for Fukuoka was right-hander Iwao Yamamoto, who played a pivotal role in the win. Yamamoto picked up the win for Fukuoka, going 6 innings. He gave up 1 run on 3 hits. He now sports a record of 3-4. Picking up the save was 27-year old right-handed pitcher Shuuji Ishii.
