Kinboshi Beats Fukuoka in 11-Inning Thriller
Kinboshi starter Saimei Hayashida put a stranglehold on the Fukuoka offense. The right-hander had complete command of his cutter in leading the Kites to a 1-0 win. The Kites now have a mark of 16-13.

Kinboshi starter Saimei Hayashida was exceptional. The 6-foot-0 right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit over 9 innings of work.

"Always feels extra good winning this kind of game," said Hayashida.
