The Nagasaki Stars electrified the home crowd with a walk-off win.

The Nagasaki Stars withstood an impressive performance by Vesutan pinch hitter Shinri Fujiwara to defeat the Bees, 4-3, at Nagasaki Prefecture Stadium. Fujiwara went 1 for 1 with a home run. Nagasaki sits at 2-1.

The decisive blow was delivered by Ryunosuke Kodama in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a run-scoring double off 26-year old right-handed pitcher Kiyoshi Inouye to win the game for Nagasaki. The home crowd went nuts.

"This was a good win," said Kodama.
