| Sato Hits 2 home runs in Kingfishers Win | The Yokohama Kingfishers and Denki Dynamics completed their game despite the rain.
A 3-RBI performance from Daijiro Sato, who finished 3rd in the EL in runs with 93 last year, helped the Yokohama Kingfishers beat the Denki Dynamics, 9-1. Yokohama leads the Eastern League by 7 games.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Fujimaro Sonoda? The Yokohama third baseman had a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Kingfishers on top, 2-0. For the game, Sonoda had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
