| Bears Get 6-3 Win Versus Hosho | The Sapporo Bears picked up a win at Nagoya Minami Stadium, downing the Hosho Reliables, 6-3. On the mound for Sapporo was left-hander Katsumasa Hashimoto, who played a pivotal role in the win. Hashimoto yielded 3 runs over 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 2, and struck out 4. His record improves to 5-9. The victory puts Sapporo at 33-52.
