| Rams Topple Kingfishers, 6-2, as Onodera Shines | Rams right fielder Sukeichi Onodera left his imprint on his team's 6-2 win over the Yokohama Kingfishers. Onodera went 4-4 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 for Rakisuta in the contest. The Rams saw their record improve to 27-34.
Though it wasn't a flawless game -- few are -- the fans who filled the stands at Kanagawa Stadium seemed to enjoy watching the Eastern League action.
Rakisuta manager Bob Lester praised his team's "businesslike approach."
