| Dynamics Drop Kingfishers, 4-3 | The Denki Dynamics faced a tough opponent in Yokohama pitcher Toshinori Osada, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Kanda Stadium by a final score of 4-3. Osada went 6 innings and allowed 3 runs. Denki reliever Masahiro Akiyama picked up the win, raising his record to 1-0. Hirotsugu Sasaki was tagged with the loss. Earning his 7th save of the year was Tsunemori Takanezawa.
Denki took the lead, 4-3, on Kentaro Tsuda's 6th home run of the season. The 2-run home run came off Yokohama pitcher Hirotsugu Sasaki in the bottom of the seventh.
"You can't take yourself too seriously," Tsuda told the Denki Observer. "But at the end of the day, we do play to win ballgames."
The Dynamics raised their record to 24-38.
