The Atlanta Copperheads easily defeated the Minneapolis Millers, 12-3, at Hennepin County Stadium, with right fielder Jack Blair a main contributor to the win. He was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 and driving in 6 for Atlanta.
