| Foresters Handled by Dallas, 5-2 | Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Dallas Wranglers and Cleveland Foresters.
Dallas turned a good effort from starter Larry Perry into a win over the Cleveland Foresters at Forester Stadium. The final score was 5-2. Dallas is now 31-29, Cleveland 32-28.
Dallas used the timely hitting of Enos LeClair to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Wranglers on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"It's a good day to be a fan after a win like that," LeClair told the Dallas Times. | |
