The Boston Minutemen got a marvelous performance from pitcher Don Griffin. The right-hander kept the Pittsburgh offense from ever getting much traction. The result was an impressive 3-1 Boston victory at Minuteman Stadium. Bob Hollister was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 1 of 1 save opportunities.
