 | Boston Swaps June to Washington for Kelly Monday, March 24th , 1975 Boston and Washington have agreed in principle to a trade. The Minutemen will send 19-year old minor league RHP Marty Wilson, 19-year old minor league RHP Walter Sarah, and 18-year old minor league CF Jeff June to the Eagles for 27-year old RHP Bill Kelly and 22-year old CF Gil Armstrong. The deal is expected to be finalized shortly and the clubs will be introducing their new players to the press when the paperwork is complete. During his career, Kelly has registered a 27-15 record with a 3.23 ERA. |   |
