 | Trade: Eddy for Moran Saturday, October 26th , 1974 It came down to the last hour of a self-imposed trade deadline, but the Toronto Wolves and Seattle Kings finally came to an agreement on a trade that had been rumored for weeks. The trade sends Toronto's 25-year old RHP Ray Eddy to Seattle in a swap for 22-year old minor league 2B Dan Moran and 23-year old minor league 3B Adam Moore. Both GMs seemed relieved that the deal had been completed with one stating, "We had to set a deadline to get it done." The players are expected to report to their new teams by tomorrow. In his career, Eddy has chalked up 17 wins and 19 losses and compiled a 4.26 ERA. |   |
