 | Baltimore, New York Agree to Swap Tuesday, October 22nd , 1974 The Baltimore Clippers have made a deal sending 23-year old minor league C Tom Wells and 24-year old minor league 2B Cal Martin to the New York Imperials for 35-year old RHP Stan Boone. Both sides are said to be pleased with the way the trade worked out. Boone has marked up a career 52-and-63 record with 88 saves and a 3.78 ERA. |   |
