 | Detroit, Milwaukee Confirm Trade Monday, October 21st , 1974 The Dynamos announced today the acquisition of 18-year old minor league RHP Ed Simmons from the Milwaukee Arrows in exchange for 33-year old RHP Johnny Hoskinson. "This isn't the biggest deal out there," acknowledged the Dynamos, "but it should help out both clubs." In his career, Hoskinson has compiled an ERA of 3.92 with 100 victories and 104 defeats and has held opponents to a .263 batting average. He also has struck out 978 batters in 1784 innings and given up 1803 hits. |   |
