"Someone's got to win and someone's got to lose, we're just glad we're on the good end of it tonight and can enjoy this," said Jack Blair, who was named MVP for a strong series of offensive performance.
Atlanta won the final game by a 2-0 count at Wilshire Park and the series 3-1.
Los Angeles manager Jim Coulter was simple and to-the-point in his assessment of the series.
"They were the better team and deserve to move on," he said.
For the series, Blair hit .471 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 4 runs.
The Atlanta Copperheads don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Milwaukee Arrows - Seattle Kings series. Seattle leads the series 2 games to 0. The World Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Association Championship Series finishes.
