 | Toronto-Philadelphia Swap: Ledbetter for Clark Wednesday, October 25th , 1961 In an effort to add some depth to its roster, the Toronto Wolves have swapped 32-year old minor league LHP Les Ledbetter to the Philadelphia Keystones for 21-year old minor league CF Al Clark and 21-year old minor league RHP Charlie Davidson. The Wolves GM told reporters, "We saw a chance to upgrade our ball club and took it." Lifetime Ledbetter has a won-lost record of 40 victories and 61 losses with 507 strikeouts in 893.2 innings and a 4.51 ERA. |   |
