 | Gothams-Kings Deal: Wright for Heim Monday, October 23rd , 1916 The New York Gothams swapped 23-year old 2B Allen Wright and 23-year old RHP Bill Williard for 32-year old RHP Charles Heim of the Kings after what Brooklyn officials would only characterize as "difficult" negotiations. Since making his league debut, Heim has made 795 appearances and nailed down 85 saves with 2511 Ks in 4227.2 innings. In his career he has a record of 240 wins and 245 losses and a 2.13 ERA. |   |
