One of the league's most exciting young players, Bob Bell of the St. Louis Pioneers earned himself Federal Association Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games.

For the week the 25-year-old second baseman had a lofty .517 average (15-for-29), collecting 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 10 runs scored.

So far this season, Bell has hit .356 with 37 home runs, 96 RBIs and scored 108 times.
