But now even the faintest hopes have been put to rest, as the Foresters were mathematically eliminated from the postseason hunt today. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 1961. In total, the Foresters have missed the playoffs 59 times in their 72-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Foresters have made the playoffs 6 times.
