 | Wolves Send Clark to Washington Monday, December 24th , 1962 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Wolves announced today the acquisition of 23-year old SS Dick Rabkin from the Washington Eagles in exchange for 22-year old minor league CF Al Clark. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Wolves, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." In 196 career games Rabkin has hit .281 with 195 hits, 12 home runs, 83 RBIs and scored 83 runs. |   |
