 | Los Angeles Wins Federal Association West Crown Wednesday, September 24th , 1975 Members of the Los Angeles Suns had to fight back tears as they celebrated an Federal Association West championship tonight. "It means so much to a lot of the guys in this room, especially the veterans," said shortstop Tom Lally. "There are guys on this team that know how to win and what it takes and others that are just figuring it out. It's exciting for all of us." The Suns boast a record of 94-63, and the division title is the 3rd in team history. Los Angeles will be going for its 1st Federally Aligned Baseball Leagues championship. |   |
