 | FA Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, September 15th , 1975 When it came to hitting the baseball, Carl Kilkenny was in a class by himself in the Federal Association this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding third baseman for Minneapolis tagged opposing pitchers for a .391 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 9 hits in 23 at-bats, 3 homers, 6 runs scored and 12 RBIs. So far this year, Kilkenny is batting .314 with 29 home runs and 104 RBIs. |   |
